PCA / Caregiver - hourly/ overnight / live-in positions

Senior Helpers is currently seeking compassionate and dependable live-in caregivers who are willing to commit to live-in shifts of 3 to 7 consecutive days. This role involves providing one-on-one care in a home setting, supporting a clients with daily living activities, and providing personalized attention. If you are a CNA, PCA, RN, New Grad RN, LPN, LVN, or HHA. Duration: Permanent. Schedule: Live-in shifts of 3-7 consecutive days.
Responsibilities Live in the client's home for the duration of each assigned shift
Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
Perform two-person Hoyer lift transfers as needed, working alongside another caregiver
Monitor and report changes in the client's health, behavior, and needs
Provide overnight availability, with adequate sleep opportunity provided per shift
Experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, independent living, home health, medical assistance, or nursing assistance
Benefits $16/hour regular rate, with each live-in day paid as 16 hours (8 hours at regular rate, 8 hours at overtime (1.5x) rate) — approx. $Bi-weekly pay and direct deposit with available next day earned wage pay
