Full Time Barista (Morning Shift)

Sawada is looking for a dedicated and experienced Full Time Barista to join our team!

At least 1 year of experience as a barista in a high-volume coffee shop or cafe is required.
Must have open availability including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays.
~ Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift, including frequent bending, lifting, and stooping.

Ensure all stations are properly stocked and set up before and during service and complete any additional opening duties.
Greet customers, take orders accurately, and ring all orders through POS; Prepare coffee and other beverages according to Hogsalt recipes, always upholding the culture and standards of the Hogsalt coffee program and adhering to food safety standards..
Address any guest needs or concerns as soon as possible; communicate any complaints or issues with food or service to leadership.
Complete all closing duties including a financial checkout, closing sidework, general cleaning projects, and any additional tasks assigned by leadership.
