Excellent opportunity for a newer attorney to build hands-on litigation experience with an established Los Angeles firm

Work directly with experienced attorneys who can provide guidance and mentorship
Hybrid schedule with one remote day each week
Hybrid schedule with four days per week in the office and one remote day permitted.
We are open to attorneys at any experience level, including newly admitted attorneys. Prior insurance defense experience is helpful but not required.
Confidential Employer. We are an established mid-size Los Angeles litigation firm with a longstanding insurance defense practice. Our attorneys handle a broad range of civil litigation matters in a collaborative environment that gives developing attorneys the opportunity to learn, take on responsibility, and build strong litigation skills.
Assist with and manage civil litigation and insurance defense matters
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and other legal documents
Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive written analysis
Assist with depositions, hearings, mediations, and other litigation proceedings
Help develop litigation strategy and evaluate case issues
Work closely with experienced attorneys while taking on increasing responsibility
Build practical litigation and Law and Motion skills
Strong legal research and writing skills
Interest in litigation and developing courtroom skills
Ability to work in the Los Angeles office four days per week
Insurance defense or civil litigation experience is preferred but not required
Newly admitted attorneys are encouraged to apply
