Warmly greet and register guests upon their arrival, making them feel at home.
Handle cash and credit card transactions with care, adhering to proper cash-handling procedures.
A positive, "Guest First" attitude, fueled by a true passion for customer service.
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities to manage the busy pace of the front desk.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
Previous hospitality experience is a bonus but not necessary.
Comfortable communicating on the phone, as it's an important part of connecting with our guests.
