Have Barista experience in a fast paced environment, whilst staying calm under pressure?

Guzman y Gomez are currently seeking an experienced, passionate, customer focused barista to join our team. For us, personality, initiative, great attitude and being able to work under pressure are a must.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

Producing high quality coffee and drinks.

Ensuring our customers have a positive experience with us.

Be across front of house operational standards to provide great service & excellent coffee.

To be successful you should:

Have experience in a Barista role

Have current and relevant barista qualifications

Possesses knowledge of coffee and how to maintain the machine

Have the ability to work as a team under pressure & with a smile

Provide quality customer service to both internal and external clients.

Be organized, have a positive can do attitude with a vibrant personality.
