From employee relations and HR operations to payroll and compliance, this role offers the opportunity to build a well-rounded HR foundation and grow within a dynamic, fast-paced company.

As a key member of our HR team, you’ll serve as a versatile HR Generalist supporting a broad range of functions across the employee lifecycle. This role is highly collaborative and offers exposure to HR operations, compliance, benefits, and employee support, with ownership of several critical programs.
Maintain and manage employee records, ensuring accuracy, organization, and compliance with company policies and applicable laws
Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee questions, providing responsive and professional support
Partner with HR leadership on employee relations matters, investigations, and key HR initiatives
Support benefits administration and day-to-day HR operations
Help ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and employment laws
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to ongoing HR projects

Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook

Strong customer service mindset with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
