In partnership with Tier 1 Utility Design, Inc. We're looking for a Civil Structural Engineer with direct substation experience to join our growing team. In this mid-level role, you'll design concrete foundations and steel structures for substations that power the national grid. This is a technical, non-supervisory position ideal for engineers looking to deepen their impact on major utility projects.

Develop engineering designs and calculations for concrete foundations and steel support structures
Analyze structures using tools like STAAD, MathCAD, and LPILE
Create and review engineering deliverables, working closely with designers and drafters
Collaborate across teams to support high-quality, timely project delivery

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

• 3+ years of civil/structural engineering experience in substation projects xhyhwjd
• Proficiency in STAAD, MathCAD, LPILE, or comparable analysis tools
• Experience with reinforced concrete and structural steel design
