Type: Performance to HIRE

Shifts: 12-Hour Day & Night Shifts (4 On 4 Off )
We’re hiring hard-working, reliable individuals for 12-hour rotating shifts (4 days on, 4 days off) – and we only want the best.
Monitor machinery for proper operation and make basic adjustments as needed
Inspect cables for quality and consistency during and after production runs
Load raw materials and spool finished products
Adhere to all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures
Assist with inventory handling and packaging as needed
Stable, full-time schedule – no guessing games
Path to permanent employment with amazing benefits and performance-based incentives
Weekly pay through our friendly staffing agency
12-hour shifts on a consistent 4 on / 4 off rotation
