Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Sales Representative to join our team! As a Sales Representative, you will assist customers with their shopping needs and ensure an excellent shopping experience. Responsibilities may include Recommending products, explaining features, closing sales, and maintaining the store’s appearance. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service.

Responsibilities

Greeting customers, answering questions, and helping them find the right furniture for their needs

Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.

Collect payments by cash and credit card

Issue receipts to customers

Take added responsibility for stocking furniture, maintaining inventory, and store maintenance.

Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.

Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.

Working with the team to achieve sales goals

Assisting customers with financing, purchasing, delivery, and satisfaction

Recommending products, explaining features, and closing sale

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively

Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service

Willingness to work well in a team environment

Willingness to work a flexible schedule

Fluency in English and Spanish
