Test Engineer

Ability to obtain a Security Clearance, BS Degree EE, STEM are ideal, 0-3 years of experience in Test Engineering, open to entry level/college graduates, experience with scripting or programming tools ideally Python. Python experience, RF Testing experience Spectrum, Network Analyzers, Oscilloscope, Radio Frequency (RF) background, Agile experience.

An employer in the Colorado Springs, CO area is looking to add a Test Engineer to their growing team. This person must have the ability to obtain a Security Clearance, as they will be asked to support Classified work in their tenure. This person will ownership over the entire testing process requirement analysis, developing test plans, identifying root cause analysis and collaborating with Project and System Engineers to ensure efficient delivery on the testing plan. This team works in a hybrid Agile/Scrum & Waterfall environment, so this person must have a great multi-tasking skillset. This person will also be tasked with assisting the Principal Engineer on trouble tickets, debugging, modifications/upgrades, etc. This role will grow into a customer facing position, where this individual will be asked to spend 50% of their time working directly with internal & external stakeholders.
