Position Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location Castle Rock, CO

Base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and eligibility for long‑term equity ownership upon promotion to Sr. BCBA.

Sign‑on bonus up to $10,000 based on start date and location.

Monthly performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses for supervising RBTs, and certification bonuses for therapists achieving certification under your supervision.

Manageable caseload: support up to 8 children.

Supervise and mentor RBTs to ensure consistent, high‑quality care.

Deliver evidence‑based therapy in a supportive, play‑focused environment.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required.
