Position Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location Castle Rock, CO
Base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and eligibility for long‑term equity ownership upon promotion to Sr. BCBA.
Sign‑on bonus up to $10,000 based on start date and location.
Monthly performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses for supervising RBTs, and certification bonuses for therapists achieving certification under your supervision.
Health, dental, and vision coverage; flexible savings account (FSA) and health savings account (HSA) options.
Paid leave: almost 30 days in Year One, including holidays, PTO, CEU days, and flex days.
Generous relocation packages.
Family support: up to $3,000 maternity/paternity assistance, short‑term disability covering 8 weeks of paid paternity leave.
Access to virtual health services, CALM membership, Door Dash Pass, MilkStork, and other unique perks.
Monday‑Friday daytime hours.
Up to 3 remote workdays per month, plus up to 16 assessment‑related remote days per year.
Manageable caseload: support up to 8 children.
Supervise and mentor RBTs to ensure consistent, high‑quality care.
Deliver evidence‑based therapy in a supportive, play‑focused environment.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required.
