Full-Time or Part-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–5:30 PM (10 hour days - flexibility in scheduling)

High school diploma
Applicants with higher education in an ECE field of study are paid for their experience and education
Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills.
High energy and the ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and to foster a team environment.
A strong understanding of child development.
Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days of employment
Complete safe sleep training before working
Flexible Schedule

Nurtured Growth Childcare Center is a newer center that opening July 2025. We will provide a play-based program with focus on health and well-being of children through physical movement, nutrition, and time spent outdoors as much as possible. We are a Christian center open to families in the Osage Beach area, both private pay and subsidy.
