The Occupational Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions designed to improve functional independence and quality of life.

GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY

Guaranteed Hours: 35 Hours Per Week

Pay Rate: $43.80 - $51.10 per hour

REQUIREMENTS

Active Occupational Therapist (OT) License in good standing

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

Current CPR certification preferred

Previous rehabilitation, skilled nursing, outpatient, or acute care experience preferred

Strong patient assessment and treatment planning skills

Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide therapeutic interventions to improve daily living and functional skills

Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate

Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding therapy goals and home exercise programs

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals

Ensure compliance with professional standards and facility policies

Promote patient independence, safety, and quality of life
