Pre-Sales Engineering Manage

Supporting the Global Sales Team, the full-time remote Sales Engineer II (French Bilingual) will manage technical inquiries, assist with trials, and create software solutions to demonstrate the value of IoT technology to customers.
Key responsibilities
Assist the Global Sales Team with technical inquiries and maintain an inbound question queue
Conduct technical trials and create software scripting solutions for proof of concepts
Produce and manage digital content for product learning and assist with hardware installation and software configuration
Required qualifications
BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline
Preferred 1+ years of experience in a pre-sales or support capacity
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Basic understanding of electronics and electrical systems
Bilingual French speaker
