Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - StoryPoint
We are seeking an experienced licensed practical nurse to serve as a Nurse Supervisor within our assisted living and memory care facilities. In this role you will lead, manage, and train a team of caregivers while ensuring the highest standard of care for residents.

Essential Duties

Lead, manage and train your team of caregivers.

Conduct evaluations of residents and report changes in condition to physicians.

Utilize the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Electronic Medication Administration Record (EMAR).

Communicate effectively with team members, residents and families.

Build strong relationships with residents, families and staff.

Qualifications

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state.

Preferred: Assisted Living or Memory Care experience.

Prior supervisory experience required.

Strong punctuality, professionalism, and a passion for working with the elderly.
