The Caregiver performs personal care and non-personal care assistance to residents with activities of daily living in a manner that enhances the resident's sense of personal choices and autonomy.
Ridgeview is our newly constructed 5-star CMS rated health center providing living options in Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and Memory Care.
Ridgeview uses state of the art equipment to achieve excellent clinical outcomes as recognized by the acute hospital.

The Caregiver assists residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting and exercising.
Transfers, transports and escorts residents as needed.
Changes bed linens, makes beds and keeps rooms clean and orderly.
At least one- year caregiving experience in an Assisted Living or health care center
Ability to work in a health care and CCRC environment.
Knowledge and practice of safe lifting and back care techniques
Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
High school graduate or equivalent
Must have and maintain current First Aid card.
