Roles & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end testing for Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter
Define test strategy, scope, timelines, and quality metrics for SIT, E2E, Regression, and UAT
Manage testing across policy, billing, and claims lifecycle scenarios
Oversee integration testing with upstream/downstream systems and third-party vendors
Own defect management, triage, risk assessment, and release readiness sign-off
Drive test automation strategy and regression optimization
Act as the primary QA point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders
Lead and mentor onshore/offshore test teams and vendors
Required Skills
Strong hands‑on and leadership experience in Guidewire PC, BC, CC
Deep knowledge of P&C Insurance domain (Personal / Commercial Lines)
Proven experience managing end-to-end test programs for large transformations
Expertise in test management tools (Jira, ALM, qTest, Zephyr, Xray)
Experience with test automation (Guidewire Test Framework, Selenium, API testing)
Strong stakeholder communication and client‑facing skills
Experience working in Agile / SAFe delivery models
Nice to Have
Guidewire certification(s)
Cloud-based Guidewire implementation experience
Experience with Tier‑1 insurance clients
Success Indicators
