Job Title: PRN CNA
Schedule: PRN - After hours, typically between 10pm - 6am.
Primary function is to provide personal healthcare and related services to the patient in their place of residence; Works under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.
High School Diploma Preferred.
State approved Certified Nursing Aide certification.
Minimum one year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant in a hospital, nursing home, home health agency, hospice or long-term care facility or completion of Certified Nursing Assistant Program. Hospice experience is preferred.
Reliable transportation and valid auto liability insurance.
