TBC) is hiring full-time Guest Room Attendants / Housekeepers to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and creating exceptional guest experiences in luxury and high-profile facilities.

Guest Room Attendant Overview

Guest Room Attendants are responsible for ensuring guest rooms are clean, organized, and well-maintained to luxury brand standards. This role plays an essential part in creating a comfortable, welcoming environment and delivering exceptional guest service.

Overtime is available.

Perform detailed room cleaning tasks such as making beds, replacing linens, sanitizing bathrooms, dusting furnishings, and maintaining overall room cleanliness.

Confirm that rooms are fully cleaned, stocked, and presented according to required brand standards.

Promptly identify and report any room status discrepancies or maintenance issues to the supervisor to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Maintain a friendly, positive attitude throughout your shift.

Must be able to work with a variety of housekeeping tools and cleaning chemicals while following all safety and sanitation guidelines.

Strong customer service skills.

Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Six months of housekeeping experience is a plus.

Full-time position.

Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
