As a Hospice Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive care to patients in their own homes, skilled nursing facilities, or assisted living environments. Your expertise in pain and symptom management, along with your ability to provide emotional and spiritual support, will be invaluable to both patients and their families.
Provide intermittent skilled nursing visits and 24-hour on-call nursing services
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care
Offer counseling and spiritual support to patients and families
Utilize your personal vehicle for patient visits, ensuring it is well-maintained
Maintain current unencumbered Oregon RN Licensure and Healthcare Provider Level BLS
