Full Time Dealership Cashier/Receptionist

Position Type: Full-time

Haggerty Auto Group is seeking a friendly and professional Cashier/Receptionist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage a flexible schedule. Key responsibilities include answering dealership phones, assisting customers across Sales, Service, and Parts departments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Answer and manage dealership group phone lines

Greet and assist customers in person, directing them to the appropriate department

Notify the relevant team member when a customer is waiting and introduce the customer to the salesperson

Collaborate effectively with Sales and other internal teams

Balance cash drawer accurately

Punctual and adaptable, with the ability to manage a flexible schedule in a dynamic work environment
