Job Responsibilities

Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs to devise custom therapy strategies aimed at helping them meet their functional objectives.
Implement Effective Interventions: Leverage evidence-based practices to improve patients' motor skills, cognition, and daily living functionalities.
Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work in concert with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide holistic, comprehensive care.
Guide Patients and Families: Empower patients and caregivers with knowledge on therapy techniques for sustained at-home progress.
Track and Adjust Treatment: Monitor clinical outcomes and adapt therapy as required, ensuring patients remain on the path to recovery.
Qualifications
Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
Continuing education or post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported
Licenses and Certifications
Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
