Senior Paid Media Strategist

Helium is hiring a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own strategy and execution across paid search and paid social for a portfolio of accounts, including some of our most complex, multi-line businesses. This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports — reporting to our Paid Media Team Lead.

Own strategy and execution for a portfolio of accounts spanning paid search and paid social, including complex, multi-line businesses (e.g., Run both Google Ads and Meta Ads as core strengths — capable of owning each independently, not just supporting one

Apply AI tools for bidding, optimization, and creative testing, and keep learning as they evolve

Flag account risk early and partner with the Team Lead on QBRs

Deep, current expertise in both Google Ads and Meta Ads — this is the anchor requirement

• 3+ years hands-on paid media experience — enough to have a real foundation across search and social, not just general exposure
• Genuine client-facing polish: confident, capable of running client meetings solo, comfortable being the expert in the room
• Ability to learn fast and perform in front of clients immediately — this role doesn't have a long ramp before client exposure starts
• Currently and actively hands-on in the platforms today — not someone who's moved into oversight and lost the day-to-day edge
• AI fluency in bidding/optimization/creative testing is a strong plus; E-commerce background is a plus, but not a requirement — this role is defined by platform depth, not vertical
