Overnight Emergency Services Dispatcher

The primary function of the Towing Dispatcher is to receive and dispatch emergency and routine calls for towing, roadside service, recovery and transportation. This is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Towing Manager.

Work with local and State law enforcement agencies to ensure that they have everything they need.

• Track driver pickups throughout the workday.
• Able to learn software for data entry and reports and follow instruction.
• Follows company quality, safety and environmental guidelines as well as employee handbook policies.
• Regular interaction with peers on-site, including face-to-face meetings and spontaneous conferences.
• Must be flexible and available to work afternoons and weekends.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with a calm demeanor towards customers and co-workers.
• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, for data entry.
• Must have attention to detail, planning and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of vehicles and local geography.
