We're based in NYC and Toronto, and backed by the investors behind Quip, Caraway, Eight Sleep and Peloton. we think and plan rigorously but ship fast and have fun doing it. As a seasonal part-time Retail Brand Ambassador at Branch, you'll play a key role in supporting our very first retail store in the Jackson Square neighborhood of San Francisco. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys customer interaction and wants to represent one of the fastest growing furniture brands in the country.
In this role, you'll help create positive customer experiences and contribute to the store's daily operations. You'll work alongside the management team to understand and promote Branch's vision while assisting in meeting store goals. As a Retail Brand Ambassador, you'll represent Branch during your shifts, embodying our brand values and helping customers find solutions that meet their needs. The projected start date is September 2026 and the projected end date for this seasonal role is January 2027.
Minimum Age: Must be at least 18 years old to align with company standards.
A background in retail, hospitality or high-touch client-facing roles, demonstrating expertise in premium customer service, brand representation, and building relationships with discerning clients.
Flexible and adaptable to meet business needs, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, showcasing a commitment to operational excellence. Minimum 10 to 15 hours per week required.
Maintain an active presence on the sales floor, with energy and focus while standing, walking, using ladders, and lifting up to 30 pounds to meet business demands and deliver an elevated customer experience.
Customer-Centric: Actively seeks and offers feedback, excels at building relationships, and thrives when working closely with teams.
Consistently punctual and dependable, adept at handling client inquiries, complaints, and requests with empathy and professionalism.

Sales Performance: Drive results by focusing on conversion rates (CRV), Units Per Transaction (UPT), Average Unit Retail (AUR), and return clients.
Excel in customer retention by delivering personalized experiences, leveraging effective networking, and maintaining exceptional lasting relationships and loyalty.
