SUMMARY**Maintain entire facility, including the physical building structure, all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems, and related equipment in accordance with energy conservation and preventative maintenance programs. **Essential Functions:**Conducts walk-throughs and visually assesses the safe and efficient maintenance and operation of the physical structure(s) of the location, all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems and any other related equipment. Verifies completion of all routine maintenance on public spaces, meeting rooms, outlets, back of the house spaces, and grounds. Verifies completion of all repairs, replacement, and renovation projects in all areas. Maintains effective Energy Management and Preventive Maintenance programs and conducts special training for other operating departments on the safe and efficient use of equipment and energy. Performs necessary repairs and maintenance. Actively trains in fire prevention, environmental health and safety, and engineering systems. Attends all meetings regarding hotel operations, i.e., department, fire, safety, health and quality improvement. Attend morning walk around as required. Maintains cleanliness and neatness of fitness equipment and facility. Performs special projects delegated by management.
