Groundskeeper I (FLEX)

Job TitleThis position is responsible for creating cleaner, healthier environments for our customers', their students and grounds by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities.Duties include, but not limited to:Policing grounds to be free of all trash and debrisSweeping, raking, or blowing grounds to be free of leaves, branches, sticks, and all debrisMaintain inventory of supplies and equipment.Use proper PPE where requiredPolicing and changing trash in all areasAssisting and helping with any duties or tasks from the customerPhysical Demands and Qualifications:Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reachingMust be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs.1-2 years' experience in lawn maintenance or landscaper is a plus but not requiredWill provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitudeContribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on timeTreat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respectMust be able to communicate professionally and politely in EnglishCompensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hourBuilt on a foundation of great brands and employees with a passion for service, our vision is to be the leading provider of essential services through empowered people, world-class customer service and convenient access.
