About the Role As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in our Day Program , you'll provide direct care, supervision, and encouragement to adults with autism in a structured, engaging environment. You'll help participants develop independence, build life skills, and enjoy meaningful daily experiences while supporting their health, safety, and personal goals.

Providing direct care, supervision, and individualized support

Assisting with personal care and activities of daily living

Administering and documenting medications

Providing transportation to community activities and appointments

Creating a structured, engaging, and supportive daily environment

Schedule Monday through Friday

Passionate about supporting individuals with autism

Flexible in-person interviews are available during the week at our administrative office in Morganville.

NHIA provides extensive hands-on training to ensure every Direct Support Professional has the knowledge, confidence, and skills needed to provide exceptional care and support. Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or higher degree (diploma or transcripts required)

Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

Ability to interact professionally and respectfully with individuals with autism

PPD Testing

Starting Pay: $19.00 per hour
