In this role, you will be responsible for safely moving, organizing, loading, and unloading materials within the production facility and warehouse. This position requires operating material handling equipment, supporting production needs, maintaining inventory flow, and keeping the work area clean and safe.

Material Handling: Move materials, products, and supplies throughout the facility safely and efficiently.

• 6 months to 1 year of recent work experience required.
• High Reach Forklift: Operate a high-reach forklift to place, pull, and organize materials in designated storage areas. Experience with inventory procedures preferred.
• Sit-Down Forklift: Operate a sit-down forklift to load, unload, and move pallets and products as needed. Experience with inventory procedures preferred.
• Deliver materials to production areas to help keep operations running smoothly.
• Loading and Unloading: Assist with loading and unloading trucks, trailers, and warehouse shipments.
• Inventory Control: Help track material movement and keep products organized in the correct locations.
• Safety Procedures: Follow all workplace safety rules and equipment operating procedures.
• Equipment Checks: Complete basic pre-shift checks on forklifts and report any issues to leadership.
• Maintain a clean, safe, cool, and organized work area throughout the shift.
• Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts.

• Ability to stand, bend, lift, move, and work in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
