Attorney - Labor Law

A nationally recognized plaintiff-side litigation firm focused on labor law, employee benefits, and constitutional and civil rights cases is seeking an experienced Trial Attorney (Of Counsel) to join its growing practice.

What You’ll Do Discovery

Depositions

Motion practice

Trial

Manage an active litigation docket from inception through resolution

Collaborate with a team of attorneys on case strategy and execution

Maintain direct client communication and foster strong client relationships

What Makes This Role Unique No business development requirement

cases are generated through established client relationships and internal intake systems

What We’re Looking For Minimum 5+ years of litigation experience

Strong background in federal court practice

Jury trial experience required (first or second chair)

Experience in one or more of the following preferred: Constitutional law Employment or labor law
