Weekend Shift Line Cooks

Join the opening team of an exciting new upscale restaurant. We are building a talented culinary team for a brand-new restaurant opening and are looking for experienced Line Cooks who are passionate about food, quality, and working in a fast-paced kitchen.

This is an opportunity to join a restaurant from day one, help establish strong kitchen standards, and grow alongside a team focused on delivering an exceptional dining experience.

As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and executing high-quality menu items with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Prepare food across multiple stations including Hot Line, Pizza Line, Garde Manger, and Dessert

Maintain proper portioning, presentation, and quality standards

Monitor cooking times, temperatures, and kitchen equipment throughout service

Maintain proper food handling, sanitation, and food safety standards

Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout service

Assist with opening and closing kitchen responsibilities

Collaborate with fellow kitchen team members to ensure timely and efficient service

Communicate effectively with both kitchen and front-of-house teams regarding ticket times, par levels, and quality concerns

Assist with general kitchen cleaning and organization as needed

Support the culinary team wherever needed during high-volume service

Takes pride in producing consistently high-quality food

Has a strong understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation

Is eager to learn, improve, and grow their culinary skills

Brings a guest-focused mindset to every shift

Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar culinary role

Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety practices

Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the kitchen for extended periods

Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

English required

Basic Spanish is a plus, but not required

17–$24 per hour, depending on experience
