Production Labor / Packer

The Packer is tasked with inspecting, banding, and shrink-wrapping stacks of finished labels, as well as assembling and packing boxes of finished labels. Meets safety, production, sustainability, and quality standards. This is an entry-level role that we intend to grow into different positions within the company.

Compensation: $20.00 hourly + $2.00 shift differential

Paid Holidays: New Year's, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, plus two floating holidays

Inspects finished labels to ensure quality.

Complies with established facility safety policies and procedures, other work instructions, and other regulations (IE: ISO, GMA SAFE, HACCP) as applicable.

Responsible for maintaining daily housekeeping efforts, which may include painting and cleaning of the facility (interior and exterior).

Travels as necessary.

Able to spend a full shift standing up.
