Nursing LPN Weekend Shift

LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

Rockville Center is searching for a talented and motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic team.

The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidates should possess a passion for the geriatric population, hold a license in the state of New York, be capable of evaluating and treating residents independently without direct supervision, and have a desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve their experience.

Responsibilities

Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit.

Medication administration, including IVs.

Take and record vital signs.

Provide resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcomes.

Provide resident and family education.

Communicate with physicians, NPs, families and other health‑care professionals.

Supervise CNAs.

Shift: 7 AM–3 PM (Every other weekend required).

Qualifications & Requirements

Current LPN license.

Availability for alternate weekends.

Salary up to $40 per hour.
