We pay W2 Employee or 1099 allowed. (1099 requires Liability Insurance).
Job Requirements
RN/LPN active license
Must have valid CPR BLS card
Must have a copy of a neg TB skin test results, chest xray or TBQ gold quantifer on blood test results
Must have level 2 background clearance
Must be able to provide proof of car insurance
Must speak English clearly
Must have good driving record
Must have reliable transportation
