As a Security Guard Unarmed Patrol in Johnson City, TN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Part-Time Security Officer, you can build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform. As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a retail and mall location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, support a welcoming environment for visitors and tenants, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time

Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and document observations and actions taken.

Monitor access points, report suspicious activity or property concerns, and help to deter unauthorized activity through a professional presence.

Communicate with property management, law enforcement, emergency personnel, and Allied Universal leadership as needed regarding security-related incidents and site conditions.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
