Travel registered nurse medical care

Location: UCHealth Anschutz Pavilion - Aurora.

Department: 36-bed medical progressive care unit (MS PCU).

Work Schedule: Full Time, 72 hours per pay period (2 weeks). Shift options: Day/Night Rotation or Night shift. Pay: $50.00 per hour plus travel package/stipend. 13‑week assignments available with extension options.

Minimum Requirements

CO RN license or eNLC privileges

1‑year experience

ACLS certification

BLS certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross

CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in hand before start date

Responsibilities

Provide top‑scope practice in direct patient care utilizing the nursing process

Value multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes

Prioritize wellness, patient perspective and evidence‑based practice

Model proficiency through precepting new staff or UCHealth staff

Welcome new knowledge in a fast‑paced, innovative clinical environment

Contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care

Direct care includes ICU or Progressive Care Unit level of care in a technically complex environment

Apply AACN’s Synergy Model and specialty certification standards in evidence‑based care models for each ICU and PCU
