Estimate a wide variety of commercial MEP projects, including healthcare, education, industrial, multifamily, and tenant improvements.

Collaborative culture where estimating, operations, and project management work together to win profitable work.

Prepare accurate, competitive estimates for commercial MEP construction projects from conceptual budgeting through final bid submission.

Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents to develop complete material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor pricing.

Perform quantity takeoffs and analyze project scope to identify risks, cost-saving opportunities, and value engineering solutions.

Solicit, evaluate, and negotiate vendor and subcontractor pricing to develop the most competitive proposals.

Participate in bid reviews, project handoffs, and preconstruction meetings to ensure a smooth transition from estimating to operations.

Build strong relationships with general contractors, owners, engineers, architects, suppliers, and subcontractors.

5+ years of commercial MEP estimating experience.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, piping, and related building systems.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Proficiency with estimating software, Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, and other construction management tools.
