Audit and Tax Preparer

Conduct in-depth tax interviews with clients and provide personalized service.
Offer IRS audit support and attend audits as necessary.
Develop your tax expertise to better serve clients.
Familiarity and experience with Windows-based computer systems.
Experience in a dynamic customer service environment.
A High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience in completing individual tax returns.
Knowledge in tax planning and audit support.
Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or the Income Tax Course.
Additional skills will be developed through training upon hiring.
