Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team, specializing in circulating for ortho, spine, and neuro surgeries. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in operating room (OR) nursing with independent performance in the aforementioned specialties.

Responsibilities

Circulate for orthopedic, spine, and neuro surgeries independently.

Provide high-quality patient care during surgical procedures.

Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Monitor patient conditions pre- and post-operatively.

Assist with the preparation and maintenance of surgical environments.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in the OR or combined OR experience.
• Proven experience circulating in ortho, spine, and neuro surgeries.
• Scrub experience is highly preferred, especially in complex neuro, spine, and orthopedic cases.
• Familiarity with Da Vinci robotic cases is a plus.
• Capacity to adapt to variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be comfortable with potential on-call requirements and short notice for additional hours.

Additional Information

Scrubs will be provided. Time-off requests should be kept to a minimum and require prior approval.
