Lead finance integration efforts as acquisitions come onboard

Help strengthen reporting, KPIs, forecasting and financial discipline

Lead the Finance workstream of an SAP ERP implementation

Build, develop and grow the finance/accounting team

Have a meaningful voice in decisions around growth, investment and value creation

Reporting to the CFO, the Director of Finance will have broad responsibility across financial reporting and analysis, controllership, ERP implementation and M&A integration.

You will be expected to move beyond simply reporting the numbers—to understand the business drivers behind them and use financial insight to influence decisions.

As the company grows through acquisition, you will help establish scalable processes, integrate newly acquired businesses, harmonize accounting and reporting practices, and ensure leadership has the information needed to make sound business decisions.

10+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience, including 3+ years in a senior finance leadership role

• Experience within a manufacturing environment , ideally with a private equity-backed company
• Strong controllership, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting experience
• Experience with M&A due diligence and/or post-acquisition integration
• Hands-on experience with an ERP implementation—SAP/S4HANA strongly preferred
• The ability to develop meaningful KPIs and translate financial data into actionable business insights
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA or MBA preferred
