Line Cook Position Summary
Ugly Grouper is seeking an energetic Line Cook who is familiar with restaurant kitchen procedures and daily tasks, including food prep, line cooking, and setting up supply stations. This experience is key to our kitchen’s success and ensures guest satisfaction.
Minimum 1-2 years of restaurant experience (training provided).
Consistently uses and promotes safe and sanitary food handling practices.
Efficiently prepares all meals per customer order.
Assists with operating all kitchen equipment, maintaining the kitchen, and cooking other menu items and food packaging.
Comfortable working with a team in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
Flexible schedule; willing to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
