RN / Perioperative Nursing Job in D

Role:

Registered Nurse (RN) in the Operating Room (OR), responsible for delivering coordinated surgical nursing care, supervising staff, and collaborating with healthcare teams.

Key Duties:

Assess patient data

develop and implement care plans

ensure safety and quality care

participate in discharge planning

delegate tasks appropriately

provide patient education

Qualifications:

Required RN licensure in the practice state

BLS certification

preferably a BSN and acute care experience

Skills:

Critical thinking

clinical judgment

teamwork

effective communication

ability to coordinate multidisciplinary care

Additional Requirements:

Commitment to safety protocols, including vaccinations, and adherence to facility-specific certifications.

Capable of analyzing assessment data

making diagnoses
