We are hiring a Quality Inspector to support a precision manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone with inspection experience who is comfortable working with detailed measurements, blueprints, and quality standards in a clean, team-focused setting.
Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other tools
Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections
Review measurements to verify parts meet specifications
Document inspection results and report defects
Work with production and engineering to address quality issues
Support audits and maintain accurate quality records
2+ years of quality inspection experience

• Strong skills with calipers, micrometers, and inspection tools
• First Article Inspection (AS9102) experience

This is a Permanent position based out of Eagan, MN.
For example, if you put in 6% they put 3% and if you put 0% they put 3%)- 1 weeks PTO right away plus the Minnesota sick pay on top of that - Average tenure is 10+ years- Life Insurance- Health, dental, vision, etc... (their benefits for a single person are very phenomenal)- Sometimes will have a bonus at the end of the year depending on company performance/profits
