HOT JOB Registered Nurse (RN) - LTACH/Stepdown | Fort Wayne, IN Custom Healthcare Solutions is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for an exciting 13-week contract in Fort Wayne, Indiana! Position Details Location: Fort Wayne, IN Contract Length: 13 weeks - Likely to extend ASAP START Dates preferrably Shift: Nights 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, Every other weekend Pay Rate: $55/hour START BONUS FOR THOSE THAT APPLY THIS WEEK! Facility: Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) / Stepdown Acuity EMR: Epic - REQUIRES EPIC experience Our nurses are expected to draw their own labs We use Omnicell for Med dispense. Orientation You will only get one 12 hours shift of orientation After that one shift of orientation, you are expected to take your own team of patients. Successful nurse for this engagement are those with critical skills and experience in drips, vents, and various modes of oxygen delivery including Vents, HHF, Vapotherm, etc… RN Requirements Active Indiana RN license Minimum of 2 years of acute bedside clinical experience Current BLS and ACLS certifications Experience with: Critical drips Ventilator care Tracheostomy care Why Join Us?
