CNC Programmers - Manufacturing

Trillium Staffing Solutions

Trillium Construction is currently seeking Machine Operators for a long term full time opportunity in Decatur, AL.

Operate CNC burn tables (plasma and oxy-fuel) to cut structural steel and plate material.

Set up and operate beam line machines for drilling, coping, marking, and cutting structural beams.
Load and unload steel using overhead cranes and forklifts.
Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and cut lists.
Measure and inspect materials using tape measures, calipers, and other precision measuring tools.
Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor mechanical or programming issues.
Maintain production quality while meeting daily production goals.
Experienced Machine Operator with a strong background operating CNC machinery, burn tables, beam lines, and other automated fabrication equipment in structural steel and metal fabrication environments.
Skilled at reading blueprints, interpreting shop drawings, and ensuring precise material processing while maintaining production schedules and quality standards.
OSHA 10 and wear a Type 2 Class C Hard hat.
