Warehouse Person-Full Time

OXARC has been providing welding and industrial supplies, as well as, medical and specialty gases since 1968. OXARC is headquartered in Spokane, Washington with 23 stores in WA, ID and OR.
~ Receive, store, and distribute materials, tools, equipment, and products. Receive and process incoming and outgoing freight/shipments according to established procedures.

Pull and check in stock transfers and auto freight; ensure all small parts are boxed and barcoded.
pull orders, prepare and ship outgoing UPS orders.
Stock aisles.
Field phone calls to warehouse.
Maintain all warehouse, office and parts storage areas in safe, clean and orderly condition at all times. Assist production and logistics departments in preparation, loading, unloading and shipping of cylinder orders.
Provide counter and store service as needed to customers via in-person, phone, and fax, selling industrial, medical and specialty gases, welding equipment, safety and other supplies to customers.
Forklift Certified is a plus.

• Ability to work independently, establish priorities and accomplish objectives with minimal supervision.
• Effective oral and written communication skills and basic customer service experience, training skills for in person, verbal and written training objectives.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet use.
