Join a dynamic rehabilitation program within a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) where you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the continuum of care. This role combines the rewarding relationships of senior living with the clinical variety of outpatient and post-acute rehabilitation , helping residents maintain mobility, independence, and quality of life.
You'll work alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team in a community-focused environment where therapy is about more than treating an injury-it's about helping individuals remain active, engaged, and independent in the place they call home.

Practice within a continuing care retirement community offering a diverse patient population and continuum of care

Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other treatments to enhance functionality and alleviate pain. Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Collaboration: Work with healthcare providers to ensure effective patient care and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed.
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist, or license eligible
Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to therapy.
