Host / Hostess PositionThe Host / Hostess serves as the first and last point of contact for guests dining at Vinarosa Resort's restaurants and lounges, setting the tone for a welcoming, organized, and polished guest experience. This role is responsible for managing reservations, coordinating table seating, and supporting smooth service flow while maintaining a calm, professional presence in a fast-paced environment. Hosts are expected to balance guest hospitality with operational awareness, ensuring accurate wait times, proper table utilization, and clear communication with service and leadership teams. Working collaboratively across departments, this position supports service pacing, cleanliness, and adherence to brand standards. Attention to detail, professionalism, and a guest-first mindset are essential to success.
