As an Ensono Field CTO, you are a senior, client-facing architect who drives technical innovation, transformation, and long-term value for our largest and most strategic clients.

In this role, you will partner closely with client executives, senior technologists, Sales, Consulting, Product Management, and Service teams to understand business drivers and corporate objectives, then design and lead the execution of complex, multi-year hybrid IT and cloud transformation initiatives.

You will serve as the technical owner of client solution designs-from early discovery through implementation-while acting as a trusted advisor who influences strategy, builds executive confidence, and helps identify and close strategic growth opportunities.

Collaborate with Sales and Consulting partners to develop pursuit, solution, and sales strategies for large, global client accounts

Lead discovery and assessment workshops to identify client needs, opportunities, and transformation roadmaps

Design, document, and present complex hybrid IT, cloud, and hosting solutions that meet both technical and business requirements

Gain executive-level buy-in by confidently positioning complex, multi-disciplinary solutions

Partner with Product Management to influence product enhancements and technology roadmap decisions

Drive stability, innovation, and modernization across clients' current and future-state environments

Support business development by identifying, pursuing, and closing strategic opportunities and expanding existing accounts

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

• 7+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or equivalent role in the hosting and network space (service provider experience strongly preferred)
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-phase projects through the full lifecycle while maintaining high client satisfaction
• Strong understanding of large-scale hosting, IaaS, datacenter outsourcing, and hybrid IT solutions
• Expertise across hosting technologies including compute, storage, backup, networking, security, disaster recovery, DevOps, and IT governance
• Experience engaging in executive- and senior-level technical discussions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio

Bonus Qualifications

Hands-on experience with hyperscale cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure

Cloud platform certifications (AWS, Azure)

Experience with large, complex ITO or outsourcing sales cycles

Background in leading enterprise-scale cloud migration and re-platforming initiatives

An understanding of mainframe terminology and key concepts

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this role is $151,000 to $257,000 annually based on a full-time schedule. Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs. In addition to base salary, other compensation programs, depending on eligibility, include an annual bonus plan based on company and individual, and an equity grant under our Associate Equity Appreciation Program.
