Overview

Pruyn Veterinary Hospital is an AAHA-accredited facility that has been servicing Missoula, Montana since 1949. We practice high-quality medicine and surgery for small animals and exotics. We are seeking an experienced associate to join our team of six DVMs.

About the Hospital

Two large surgical suites that are fully equipped with updated dental and surgery equipment, including digital dental radiography, laparoscopy equipment, rigid and flexible endoscopy, surgical laser, Ligasure and cautery equipment.

Full in‑house laboratory with two Idexx Catalyst One Chemistry Analyzers, an Idexx Procyte Hematology Analyzer, and an Idexx Coagulation Analyzer.

Veterinary rehabilitation center featuring a new Summus Platinum 4 therapeutic laser and a suite of new exercise equipment.

Skills and Qualifications

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or related degree from an accredited university.

Licensure in good standing to practice in the state of employment.

Commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding veterinary code of ethics.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Collaborative team member who works well with hospital staff.

Ability to make confident and effective decisions.

Strong time‑management and task‑prioritization skills.
